Description

Is it a sweet breakfast or a crunchy dessert? We'll let you decide. The topping quantities here work for generous slices of bread; you may have leftovers — or need more bread — if your loaf is on the smaller size. Pro tip: Any leftover marshmallow creme makes a great dip for fruit, graham crackers, and more. The recipe is a Yummly original created by Jenn de la Vega.

  • 3 sprigs fresh mint

    Directions

    1. Slice larger berries and set aside. Rinse fresh mint, pat dry, and pick several small to medium-sized leaves. Wrap gently in a damp paper towel until ready to use.
    2. Put marshmallow fluff and cream cheese in a medium bowl and whisk until smooth. Set aside.
    3. Lightly toast bread using your preferred method, then brush lightly with olive oil. Spread a 1/4-inch layer of marshmallow creme on each toast. Top toasts with an assortment of berries and a light scattering of mint leaves.
