Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams powdered sugar
  • 50 grams butter (melted)
  • 200 milliliters milk
  • salt
  • 225 grams flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 100 grams mixed berries

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix together the eggs, sugar, butter, milk, and a pinch of salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder.
  4. Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until full absorbed.
  5. Carefully mix in the berries and serve.
  6. Fill muffin pans 3/4 full.

super easy but rather bland

My forest fruit of choice in these were blackberries. We have a grove behind our house, and they are the biggest and best ever. These muffins melted in our mouths and the berries just enhanced the good cake.
