A mixed-berry cobbler with a cinnamon-crumble topping!
Ingredients

- 4 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for fruit)
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
- nonstick cooking spray
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar (for topping)
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. butter (cold, cubed)
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- ice cream (for serving)
- whipped cream (for serving)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the berries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Toss with a rubber spatula until all berries are coated.
- Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Transfer the berry mixture to the prepared dish.
