Put in muffin tins - taste is a bit bland but is good with syrup, etc like French toast

Instant pot, used 6” Pyrex bowl, greased, baked 25 min on high pressure manual, 5 min natural release, then quick release pressure, broiled in oven afterwards to crisp up top.

I like them but too little. Next time I’ll make them bigger.

I used a muffin pan that yields 6 minis instead of 4. I agree that, in general, it seems to be missing something when it comes to flavor. To address this, I cut up plenty of extra strawberries and drizzled honey over each as they were dished out. I might try a cinnamon raisin bread instead of wheat in the future... I bet that would be delicious.

Wasn't my favourite but it turned out ok. Has a slightly off taste which I'm not sure if it was due to the type of toast bread or the soy milk I used. Also had to add extra soy milk because it was a bit too dry and only cooked it for 30 minutes.

really yummy, could use some sugar though. I did it without the nuts cause no one over here is a huge fan, added maple syrup after as well, and it was wonserful!
