Ingredients

  • 100 grams flour
  • 4 grams baking powder
  • 10 grams cocoa powder
  • 90 grams butter
  • salt
  • 1/4 cup rum
  • 3 eggs
  • 140 grams sugar
  • 300 grams dark chocolate (melted)

Directions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2Mix and sift the flour, baking powder, and cocoa.
  3. 3Melt the butter and mix with the flour. Add the salt to taste and rum.
  4. 4Beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the previous mixture and the chocolate.
  5. 5Pour into a 20- by 20-centimeter greased baking pan.
  6. 6Bake for 35 minutes.
  7. 7Let cool and unmold, then cut into squares.
