I've made this many times and over several months, it has boiled down to just three delicious ingredients: 2 cups of greens, 2 cups of frozen mango, and 2 cups of water. If I have a ripe banana, I'll substitute it for a cup of mango. But really, that's it. Healthy and delicious.
