Ingredients

4 pork chops (finely cut)
1/2 onions
2 garlic cloves
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons mustard
1 beer
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)

Directions

1Season pork chops with pepper and salt.
2Heat olive oil n a pan and add chopped onion and garlic.
3Sauté over low heat until onion is translucent.
4Add mustard and stir well.
5Add chops to pan and brown on both sides.
6Deglaze pan with beer and continue cooking, uncovered, for about 2-3 minutes.
7Season to taste.
8Reduce heat and simmer until sauce is reduced and thickened, to taste.
9Serve with a green salad.
