Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops (finely cut)
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 beer
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. Season pork chops with pepper and salt.
  2. Heat olive oil n a pan and add chopped onion and garlic.
  3. Sauté over low heat until onion is translucent.
  4. Add mustard and stir well.
  5. Add chops to pan and brown on both sides.
  6. Deglaze pan with beer and continue cooking, uncovered, for about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Season to taste.
  8. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce is reduced and thickened, to taste.
  9. Serve with a green salad.
