    amazing texture and flavor. I added thyme, bacon, and jalapeños. I also replaced some of the sharp cheddar with a smoked cheddar. I did not have an immersion blender so i just chopped everything really small and whisked it really good and it still turned out good! Will definitely be making this again!

    Very good, a little thinner than I like my soups but the taste was perfect.
