This is a wonderful recipe for delicious, succulent chicken. I basically never buy whole chickens, but this recipe caught my eye. I’m super glad I tried it. I will definitely be making it again.

turned out WONDERFUL. Will definitely make again. Did modify a little, dry rubbed with "perfect pinch-rotissery chicken", sprayed with buttery pan coating. SO EASY. And put on beer can, and into the oven
