Beer Butt ChickenBest Foods
- 3 pounds chicken
- 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 3 tablespoons rub (Tim Love poultry)
- 1 can beer
- 1Preheat grill to 250°.
- 2Combine 1 tablespoon rub, Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, garlic and paprika. Lift skin of breast and stuff with mayonnaise mixture. Rub remaining 2 tablespoons of poultry rub on outside of skin.
- 3Remove 1/2 the amount of liquid from beer can, place can on a sheet pan on grill. Place chicken on top of can and close lid to grill. Cook 1 hour or until chicken is throughly cooked.
