• 3 pounds chicken
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoons rub (Tim Love poultry)
  • 1 can beer


  1. Preheat grill to 250°.
  2. Combine 1 tablespoon rub, Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, garlic and paprika. Lift skin of breast and stuff with mayonnaise mixture. Rub remaining 2 tablespoons of poultry rub on outside of skin.
  3. Remove 1/2 the amount of liquid from beer can, place can on a sheet pan on grill. Place chicken on top of can and close lid to grill. Cook 1 hour or until chicken is throughly cooked.
