Description
Fall-off-the-bone barbecue pork ribs with a subtle beer flavor bake right in the oven. The recipe is a Yummly original created by Sara Mellas.

- 1 btl. beer (amber ale or lager, 12 oz. per bottle)
- 4 lb. baby back ribs
- salt
- black pepper
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar (packed)
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (plus more for serving)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F.
- Position a roasting rack inside a large roasting pan. Pour the full bottle of beer into the pan. Set aside.
- Season the pork ribs liberally with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Easy to make and very tasty! Tender through and through. Fell off the bone. My family loved them. No leftovers. ;-(
