Super easy and delicious. I’ve made this 3 times already and will keep it in my rotation for easy weeknight dinners. Makes a ton too!
Quick, easy and ....best of all... kid friendly

Flavorful and easy. My 8-year-old wouldn't eat it because of the spinach, but that left more for us.

Not bad. Was a little spicy for my youngest so next time I will half the spices and add salsa and sour cream.
Absolutely delish! I used fajita seasoning instead of taco. My husband loves it!
Quick, simple, delish!

Absolutely amazing!! Everyone loved it, including me! and I'm a picky earter.
Used ground turkey and taco seasoning. Topped with sour cream and diced tomato. Will definitely make again.
Topped it with sour cream and guacamole... So good!!!!
Fantastic!!! Healthy and filling. Feeds many
It was my first meal I have ever cooked with my husband! We are apartment living college kids who always eat out but have decided to start cooking and this was the lucky first recipe!
Really great concept that inspired me to try something similar with sweet potatoes rather than spinach and it was awesome. I made my own tostada shells by lightly frying corn tortillas.
Yummy! And really simple to make! This is a very quick dinner to cook.
