Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion (small, chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 cups ragu old world style pasta sauce
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup pimiento stuffed olives (chopped)
  • 4 potatoes

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef with onion in 12-inch skillet, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until onion is tender. Add garlic and cumin. Cook, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes. Stir in Pasta Sauce, raisins and olives. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until heated through. Evenly top hot potato halves with ground beef mixture. Garnish, if desired, with diced avocado, sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese.

i mixed the potatoes heard with ground beef add cheese and sour cream.i would make this again...recipe very easy also....
