Turned out great! I used thin premade pizza dough for the crust. My kids loved them.

I have made these several times with slight variations. Every time VERY delicious! I personally prefer to use less brown sugar (I usually just do 1 tsp instead of 1 T). Also, this last time I used Goya puff pastry which comes in individual circles. Makes prep a breeze (they get into the oven faster) and makes cleanup quick too! Sometimes I make these with a side of Caribbean-spiced rice. Other times I just make them on their own as an appetizer. Delicious any way! I will continue to make these again and again.

Great recipe! The pastry puff made it very flaky and tasty. Next time, I want to test it out with another meat.

Tasty but too much oregano I would like to try it again, and I added a few drops of Tobaco, but didn't feel hot
