Ingredients

  • 8 ounces zucchini (coarsely grated)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion (small, peeled and grated)
  • 2 tablespoons dill (fresh chopped)
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • mashed potato (to serve)
  • lemon wedges (to serve)

Directions

  1. Pat the zucchini with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Combine with the ground beef, onion, dill, cream cheese, eggs and flour in a bowl. Season and form into 12 patties.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium and cook patties for 4 mins each side, until golden and cooked through. Serve with mashed potato and lemon wedges.
