  • 1 package frozen spinach (or of fresh, I have tried the recipe out using both and they work very well, so choose whatever you can buy!)
  • 1 onion (medium, chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce (or Balsamic Vinegar)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 handful sliced mushrooms (for added texture.)
  • fresh basil

  • 40 grams all purpose flour
  • 300 milliliters milk (I used skimmed milk)
  • 300 milliliters chicken broth
  • 150 grams grated cheese
