it was delicious and something different that i wouldn't have thought to try it but im glad i did

the flavors were wonderful. But, the beef needs at least an hour to simmer in order to be tender. We could not eat the beef as directed. i will do this again but simmer the beef for at least an hour.

I added some Harissa oluve oil amd a couple other veggies, carrots and celery to make it more hearty. yum
