  • 30 mL dark soy sauce
  • 15 mL garlic (crushed)
  • 15 mL spring onions (sliced, scallions)
  • 5 mL sesame oil
  • 5 mL rice wine
  • 200 grams beef (shredded)
  • 10 mL vegetable oil
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 150 grams white radish (peeled)
  • 1 courgette (zucchini)
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 cup beansprouts (soya, trimmed)
  • 150 grams fronds (fern, optional)
  • 6 dried shiitake mushrooms (soaked in warm water for about 30 minutes until softened)
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 5 mL sugar
  • 12.5 mL salt
  • 30 mL sesame oil
  • 5 mL crushed garlic
  • dark soy sauce (a splash of)
  • 1.5 mL chilli powder
  • 5 mL sesame seeds
  • vegetable oil (for stir-frying)
  • 15 mL gochujang
  • 7.5 mL sugar (or honey)
