Simple spices yet it turns out earthy and complex. I use 1 lb of ground beef, 1 pound of ground turkey to lighten it up a little bit.

I add two extra 14.5 oz cans of chili beans and a little extra of the spices. It turns out fantastic!! Great for meal prepping and taking to work for a hardy snack!

Recipe called for 3 tbls of chili.....I used about 2 tsp.....still hot! Other than that I used 2 small cans of black beans instead of one of the red kidney beans and the dish turned out awesome 👏

I pretty much followed the recipe. All I changed was used 2 cans of rotel tomatoes and 2 cans of diced tomatoes. I didn’t add any water and it was just right.
