Ingredients

  • 1 pound soba
  • noodles
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 pound beef tenderloin (sliced, thinly)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 baby bok choy (or 1 handful cabbage, leaves, chopped)
  • 2 stalks celery (chopped)
  • 1 red pepper (chopped)
  • 1 yellow pepper (chopped)
  • five-spice (teaspoon Chinese)
  • 1 cup oyster sauce
  • 1 cilantro (handf, chopped)

Directions

  1. Put the noodles on to cook.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Add the beef and cook for 1 minute. Add the onion, bok choy, celery and peppers. Cook 3-4 minutes, then add the five-spice.
  3. Drain the noodles and add to the wok. Toss with oyster sauce and serve with cilantro sprinkled over top.
