  • 1 large potatoes (scrubbed, peel it if you want! and diced)
  • 4 carrots (peeled and sliced)
  • 4 stalks celery (sliced)
  • 1 cup frozen corn (each, and frozen peas, and/or green beans, etc - whatever you like!)

Yummy easy beef veggie soup! Spices are spot on. The whole family loved it. I over cooked the veggies a little, but the flavor made up for it!
