  • 3 tablespoons oil (I use Canola)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can beef consomme (or beef broth, I prefer the consomme)
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • parsley (for garnishing)
  • wide egg noodles (or rice)
