Easy recipe! Meat turns out super tender! Didn’t use the sour cream, just the flour and water to thicken because I am not doing dairy at this time. Would definitely make it again!

Amazing!!! So tasty!!!! Used left over roast beef and was perfect!! Had to use the flour but just added it in and did not remove any of the sauce. I cooked it all in a cast iron pan to hold in flavour. Maybe one of my new favourite meals!

Great taste, the onions and mushrooms were stellar. Only thing I would add is cut back on broth if you want a little thicker of a sauce.
