It came out so delicious. The spring of rosemary gave it just the right aroma & flavor. It tastes even better the next day! This recipe is a keeper!

This recipe was easy to follow and delicious at the end. I did take out or added a few ingredients for example 4 cups of water with 4 beef cubes and 2 cups of beef stock, 3 tablespoon of vegetable because olive oil could create another flavor and I wanted to control how it would taste, added mushrooms, I substituted the flour for 4 tsp cornstarch and 4 tsp of cold water mix them together until liquid and poured into the stew until thickened. Maybe next time I'll use red wine and tomato paste but this time I didn't use them. Great recipe!!!

Wow...delicious! I did use veg oil instead of olive and skipped the celery since I had none on hand, but Yum!

Family loved it! Will probably tweak a bit next time add dried parsley more carrots and one more potato. I’m going to thicken with a flour/water mixture instead of cornstarch

This was very good stew. I used leftover smoked brisket and omitted the red wine.

Delicious meal...I did this as a slow cooker recipe browned the meat in a pan with flour and spice coating and sautéed onions and fresh garlic then threw everything else all together for 10 hours low and slow overnight. It came out excellent but definitely needs salt if you use sodium free broth! I also added mushrooms and cut back a little on the broth as I like my stew thicker

Delicious!! Definitely going to be a regular meal for our family!

This is delicious! This will definitely be a recipe we will make again and again. We had leftover tritip that I used in place of stew meat. I’m also adversely affected by gluten so I just cubed the tritip (which was already marinated and cooked) and added it at the end along with the peas.
