    Not a very good recipe, rated 2 out of 5 stars by my family. In the instructions "35 beef" didn't make any sense, so I assumed it was about a pound and a half. The final product is very watery, much more a soup than a stew. Additionally, there was little flavor. Since the recipe starts with water rather than stock, it requires a LOT of salt, but there was little guidance in the recipe. In recipes like this, the contributor should list an initial salt amount in the ingredients so that the cook can at least start in the ballpark and then fine-tune. After I eventually brought the salt and pepper up, I just started throwing in more of everything (marjoram, mainly), just to get some flavor in the dish (unsuccessfully, in the end).
