Ingredients

  • 1 sandwich roll (large)
  • 100 grams ground beef (cooked)
  • 250 grams mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/2 green bell pepper (julienned)
  • 1/2 onion (cut into half moons)
  • cooking spray
  • cheddar cheese
  • blue cheese
  • cream cheese

Directions

  1. Heat the bread.
  2. Spritz a skillet with cooking spray and saute the onion and green pepper until the onion changes in color. Add the mushrooms. When cooked, add the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat.
  3. Slice open the roll and remove part of the bread to leave space for the filling. Spread with cream cheese and fill with the beef mixture. Tope with the cheddar and blue cheeses.
  4. Slice and serve.

I made this recipe twice and it has to be one of my favorite sandwich recipes. It has a slight crunch to it with the green peppers, as well as a mouth watering flavor; with just a touch of sweetness. I would give this recipe 5 stars and will be making it again soon.
