Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 can enchilada sauce (El Paso)
  • chives (1 sm. can chopped green)
  • 5 ounces cheese (Longhorn)
  • onion (1 med.)
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pound velveeta cheese
  • tortilla chips (2 doz.)

Directions

  1. Cook beef and onion together until beef is done.
  2. In skillet, add enchilada sauce, mushroom soup, chicken soup, chopped chives, Velveeta and Longhorn cheese.
  3. Layer all the sauce and tortilla into pan and then cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in a 13 x 10 inch pan lightly greased.
