House full of toddlers thought it was delish! I read that it was a little bland so I added taco seasoning to the ground beef, it had lots of flavor.

I feel like this recipe was missing something in terms of flavor. I added hot sauce, and it helped but still felt off. I’ll be making this again and tweaking it because it’s a great and super easy base recipe!

It was good, but I think it would have been better with some pepper jack. A wee bit too bland for me.

Oh, ma werd! Sooo easy to make and so yumly! I used my electric, 11-inch, Presto skillet. I browned the beef on 350°, then turned of down to 300° for the rest the cooking. After putting the cheese on (and I did use 3 cups instead of 2) I turned it down to beyween Warm and 200°. Big hit w/the whole family! we just ate it right out of the skillet!

came out pretty good. I'm sure how it comes out depends on the type of enchilada sauce you use. On a side note, I'll never understand how some people say it didn't come out well and then proceed to tell us how they altered the recipe. Seriously?

Pretty bland IMO, needed some cumin and chili powder. I halved the recipe, so maybe that affected the flavor

We substituted the ground beef for shredded chicken, and put the sour cream on the side but it still came out delicious (although a bit soupy). We used it as a dip but also put some in soft yellow corn tortillas and ate it like tacos. Would make again.

You can use any cheese you have, add some cilantro, make it green onions, and it tastes even better! i use chopped, grilled chicken instead. Kick it up with chopped jalapenos if the sauce is too mild...
