Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 6 teaspoons low fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 250 grams beef (carpaccio)
  • sea salt flakes (Black Cyprus)
  • dill (dried)

Directions

  1. In a bowl, add the mustard, yogurt, and milk. Mix well.
  2. Place the slices of beef on a serving plate.
  3. Top with the sauce.
  4. Season with salt and garnish with dill.

This went together easily and yielded great taste! We liked the sharpness of the Dijon and savory chunks of sea salt! I sprinkled the Carpaccio with garlic and onion powder before adding on the sauce.
