Ingredients

3/4 cup nopales (cooked)
1 cup black beans (cooked and drained)
5 green tomatoes (sliced)
10 cherry tomatoes (sliced)
1/3 cup hot sauce
3 tablespoons onions (chopped)
2/3 cup cheese (Panela, or farmer’s cheese)
salt
ground black pepper
1 avocado

Directions

1In a salad bowl mix nopal, beans, hot sauce, tomatoes and cherry tomatoes, onions, cheese, salt, and black pepper. Carefully mix all of the ingredients.
2Cut the avocado into thin slices and place it on top of the salad as decoration.
