  • 16 ounces tofu (drained and pressed as described above)
  • 1 cup bbq sauce (DIVIDED)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (vegan mayo for dairy-free option)
  • 1/4 cup soy milk
  • 1/8 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt (/pepper)
