Ingredients

  • green beans
  • 125 grams flour
  • 1 deciliter milk
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 egg yolks
  • 1 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 1 onions (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ground black pepper (to taste)
  • salt (to taste)

Directions

  1. Cook the green beans in boiling water for 4 to 5 minutes.
  2. Chop the onion and garlic.
  3. Season the eggs with salt and pepper, and beat. Add the milk and olive oil, beating so that the ingredients are well mixed.
  4. Gradually, add the flour, stirring constantly so as not to create lumps.
  5. Finally, add the green beans, onion, and chopped garlic. Mix very well.
  6. Heat the oil in a frying pan, and pour in the mixture. Cook both sides until brown.
  7. Serve with rice and beans.
