It's nice if you like boeuf borgiñon or beef stroganoff. The problem is that the wine and pimentón destroy the flavour of the lamb. I prefer to taste the lamb.

Delicious..... thank you. I will definitely make it again. I added small carrots and small red potatoes.

Good lamb stew. I’d make again... but next time I’ll add fresh herbs (mint or parsley) at the end to counter the richness of the stew.

Delicious! Didn't use the parsley (none in the cupboard) but I don't think it mattered. Found I didn't have to simmer it for as long as called for, either, but that could depend on the cuts of lamb used. Simple and different, this recipe is a keeper!
