The seasoned fish brings out a beautiful golden brown color which makes it the star of the fish. The chopped garlic and onion bring a savory taste, while the parsley and pease add color to the dish. This recipe is perfect for a dinner party on a cold winder night.

Ingredients

  • 4 loins (Hake)
  • flour
  • cooking oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup white wine
  • fish stock
  • 1 bunch parsley (chopped)
  • peas
  • salt
  • 200 grams clams
  • 100 grams shrimp

Directions

  1. Season the fish, cover with flour, and fry. Once golden brown, remove from the stove and set aside.
  2. In that same saucepan, fry the chopped garlic and then the onion. Once golden brown, add the wine, fish stock, chopped parsley, peas, and salt to taste. Cook for 15 minutes; the sauce should thicken.
  3. Place the fish in the sauce, along with the clams and shrimp, and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.
