Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar (Substitutions available white wine vinegar)
  • 2 teaspoons mccormick basil leaves (Substitutions available McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Italian Seasoning)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt (McCormick®)
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Black Pepper (Ground)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup snow peas (sliced)
  • 8 ounces penne pasta (cooked and drained)
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese (cut into bite-size chunks)

Directions

  1. Mix oil, vinegar, basil, garlic salt and pepper in large bowl until well blended. Add vegetables, pasta and cheese; toss to coat well.
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
