First time pizza dough attempt and it was awesome. Turned one into garlic knots and what a hit. This is now my go to recipe.

Great flavour and texture after cooking. Big improvement to the crust from the quick rise method. I found following the recipe exactly made for not proper texture so added a few extra tablespoons of flour and folded it in until it felt right.
