Very, very good! Ours didn’t rise like I had hoped, but the taste was beyond amazing! It didn’t matter that it was a little flat.

I would definatley give this two stars, my first batch of cake I split into two pans thinking that they would be thicker, my cakes, when I took them out of the oven, were 1 1/4 in tall, they were so thin that I had to stack them on top of each other to get one layer. Worst recipe yet.

The cake turned out well. The recipe is enough for one 8” or 9” baking pan. If you are doing a layered cake adjust recipe accordingly.

It was a success considering it was my first time to bake a cake. Everyone loved it. Made it the second time and added chocolate and I had my vanilla chocolate cake. Great recipe

This cake is absolutely amazing! It’s fluffy, moist, and the perfect amount of vanilla and sweetness. I’m pretty sure I’ll never make a vanilla cake from a box again!
