Every time I make this basic recipe it turns out perfectly. Cook time is usually 45 minutes with a 15 minute rest time for my family. Fluffy, rich bit light. And it works well with mini quiches. Cut out the pie dough and press in regular or mini cupcake tins. Just adjust the time per your oven

First time ever making quiche. Was so easy but best of all delicious. I used fresh baby spinach, ham and shredded cheddar cheese. I personally don’t eat eggs but using only 3 eggs kept it less “eggy” so I did enjoy it very much.

I used milk and no pie crust, I like the egg to form a golden brown crust. It took a bit longer to cook and set. Turned out great, my wife loved it, which is weird because she hates omlettes, and a quiche is essentially a baked omelette.

I've used this recipe three times now adding different meats, cheeses and vegetables. It's simple and delicious. The texture is perfect - I added an extra egg as well. I've deleted all other quiche recipes from My Yums. THIS ONE IS IT!

Thank you for this recipe. It is so simple. I added a fourth egg, just because it looked like it needed it and used heavy cream. It was so yummy. I added shredded swiss cheese and deli honey ham. My husband, who is quite a picky eater, loved it.

Pretty good. I only had 2% milk so I used that and whisked in some melted cream cheese for added creaminess.

Great, easy recipe that I will definitely revisit. I added red pepper flakes for a little kick and it was perfect.

Easy and quick... Made it vacation when we didn't feel like going out for dinner

I used pillsbury frozen pie crust, 4 eggs, 1/2 cups of feta, 1/4 cup sour cream, 2 hotdogs, black pepper and parsley. There was space for a lot more ingredients such as vegetables. Also a little bit precooking the crust is a good idea

My kids loved it, in fact they kept saying “I love your pie” and yes this basic quiche is the best. On the website for directions I love how it says add your favourite meat, veggies, and herbs and how to’s to freeze quiche. I added red bell peppers, orange bell peppers, cucumber, and carrots

First time making this. It's very good, I think that next time I would use a smidge less half and half and maybe add another egg. I added pork sausage, kale, onions, and a mix of different cheeses to mine and I also cooked it for a bit longer than the recipe called for like 50 minutes or so at 350 degrees. I will definitely make this again. Thank you!

This was yummy. I put bacon and cheddar cheese in it. I didn't want to go crazy since this was my first quiche. I used salt, pepper, Paparika, and some nutmeg. And some onion and garlic powder. I didn't use much salt because of the bacon. Already my mind is working on my next quiche. I hope whomever makes this next, enjoys it as much as my family, because they are my toughest critics. Lol Enjoy my fellow cooks.
