i double almost everything in the recipe, but keep the butter and baking powder same...turns out thinner and lighter.

I am one who likes to make fresh from scratch buttermilk pancakes. I was looking for a “quick fix” pancake craving, but has no buttermilk in the house.. Oh my goodness! There’s are by far the best “milk” only pancake I’ve ever had! I’ve tried MANY recipes and this has WON me over. They’re light, fluffy, and flavorful.

I made a double batch and only used 2tsp of baking powder and 4 tbsp of butter. I added some vanilla extract and cinnamon and they were delicious

I like super light pancakes, so I sifted the flour then took a cup of sifted flour. It made them wven better. My 5 year old loved them. If you like big thick pancakes, this recipe is not for you. I added a little cinnamon. Next time, I'll add a little vanilla as well.

Came out absolutely perfect. I used Ancient Grains Milk (it's what I had on hand aside from Almond Milk), and added in crushed pecans. Set my range to Medium-Low. These were so fluffy- my husband and I inhaled them. These are my official pancakes now.

I dont know if i was the one that made a mistake but the pancakes while tasty they were too spongy and hard to flip.
