It was an ok recipe, but very complex and the custard had too much egg in it- there was too much texture in the custard.

Great recipe. Very smooth. Nice texture. Because of this I'm the crème brûlée king! Would definitely recommend it.

Horrible texture. Overly complicated. Do not try. I would never use this recipe again. By far the worst CB recipe I have ever used.
