  • 3 ice cubes (large, or crushed equivalent)
  • 1 Orange (medium, squeezed)
  • 4 strawberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/2 cup Fresh berries (or frozen, blueberry/raspberry/blackberry)
  • 3 strips mango (frozen or fresh)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender.
  2. Puree on highest setting until all chunks have broken down and yogurt has completely incorporated, about 30 seconds.
