Sometimes you just need something simple and delicious, and this recipe is just that. Flavored with salt, pepper, and garlic, these juicy chicken thighs are a tasty addition to any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • cooking spray
  • 4 chicken thighs

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F.
  2. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil, and spray with cooking spray.
  3. Mix together the salt, pepper, olive oil, and garlic powder in a medium mixing bowl.
  4. Add the chicken to the mixing bowl, and toss to coat in the olive oil and flavorings.
  5. Spread the chicken thighs out on the greased sheet pan.
  6. Insert the pan into the oven, and bake for 20 minutes or until the thickest part of each thigh reaches an internal temperature of165F.
  7. Remove the sheet pan from the oven, and allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

I usually boil my chicken but tried this baked recipe. So surprised how simple it was but how much flavor came out
