    Hi Or a year ago
    (Note: Used canned pumpkin) 1st batch came out very bland & didn’t bind well. Made 2nd batch with more spices (salt, pepper, Cajun and Baharat spice mix (paprika, turmeric, cumin, coriander, cloves, cardamom, garlic, & pepper) and extra Parmesan cheese. Formed with wet hands into small balls which held up better in oil. Tasted much better than original recipe.
