These ribs were awesome! I put the rub on the ribs for two hours before putting the ribs in the oven at 275 for an hour and a half. The ribs were finished up on the grill. As good as these ribs were right off the grill, they were even better the next day as leftovers. I can't wait to try the sauce on chicken.

These were great ribs and I'm not a fan of traditional barbecue sauce. I put the rub on and left them in the fridge overnight. I cooked them in the oven the next day and finished them on the grill while brushing on the sauce. Finger licking good!
