Ingredients

  • 5 pounds spareribs (cut into 2 rib pieces or quantity sufficien)
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup steak sauce (bottled)
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (Hickory smoke)
  • 1 teaspoon minced onion (instant)

Directions

  1. Put ribs on rack in pan. Brown in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.
  2. Turn, brown other side for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Drain fat. Put ribs in slow cooker.
  4. Combine ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover, cook on low 6-8 hours.
