Description

Boost some store-bought barbecue sauce with Worcestershire sauce, honey, garlic and mustard. Brush onto tenderized steaks, and grill up some goodness!

  • 4 fresh pork shoulder blade steaks (cut 1 to 1 1/4 inches thick)
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (bottled)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard

    Directions

    1. Pound steaks with meat mallet to tenderize. For sauce, combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl; mix well.
    2. Preheat grill to medium-low. Grill steaks about 8 minutes on each side.
    3. Brush steaks with sauce and continue cooking 2 to 3 minutes. Turn steaks, brush with sauce and grill 2 minutes or until done (internal temp 155°F).
