  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon whiskey
  • 1/2 tablespoon table salt (regular)
  • 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter (maple, *I used Minerva Dairy's,, can sub regular)
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 cup yellow mustard (regular)
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup whiskey
  • 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce (sweet thick, I used Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet 'n Spicy)
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon table salt (regular)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning (such as Slap Ya Mama!)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce (Louisiana Hot Sauce would also work well for this)
