It was excellent! Even my picky children loved it!! Easy to make and hardly took any time at all. We added some hoisin sauce to the dip and it added a really nice flavor.

This was “winner winner....” yup, chicken dinner. I got intentionally hotter (but not insanely hot) with some extra hot sauce in the batter used to coat the chicken. I put it over Basmati rice I will absolutely make this again.

This sauce with the crispy chicken on rice is a definite make again

The sauce is great!! I never actually had sweet chili sauce before and that itself is awesome! The batter was hard to not get clumps into the panko mixture but other wise the chicken came out great too! P.s. i double the recipe and its worked out fine just a little extra batter leftover.

The chicken was great but the real star of this dish is the sauce i cant wait to try it with some coconut shrimp

Great but could have doubled the recipe for the sauce!

The yum yum sauce was so east to make!

For me it was difficult to get the chicken from the batter to the Panko. The taste was great, but just struggled with it. Great recipe though!

SO good but I’m glad my man and I made it together. Perfect to have one word on battering and one person frying since they brown up quick. I served on top of mixed greens with a side of rices cauliflower stir fry. Will definitely make again.

Shell 28 Oct 2018
Good but needed tons of panko
Lacee 25 Oct 2018
Great but I needed more panko than the recipe calls for. Otherwise, really good!
lou caviglia 24 Oct 2018
excelent ... used half beer and half buttermilk ... kicked up the batter ... heavily seasoned chicken first ... whip the egg before adding it , blends easier ...

sooo good!! made extra sauce

Great taste & will definitely make again. For faster cook time, I use use enough oil to cover the pieces, & make the pieces a little bigger.. Be sure to use a candy thermometer to keep oil at 350 degrees for a nice, even, non- greasy texture.

SO GOOD. The sauce is what makes this. Will definitely make again, with extra sauce for dipping

Super crunchy. Snap crackle pop goodness in your mouth. They fry up quickly but it took lots of batches. I think for the sauce I will skip the mayonnaise next time and just do the rest of the ingredients.

Absolutely delicious dip!! I added an extra kick to it with cayenne pepper. My hubby asked when I was gonna make this again Lol.

The chicken had a fluffy quality about it, probably from the cornstarch. And the panko gave it some crunch which we enjoyed. The sauce isn’t spicy it just has a tiny bit of heat. So I’m guessing you can add more Franks if needed. It says 30 minutes for prep time but it definitely took me an hour to prep all the ingredients, coat the chicken, and pan fry. Perhaps because I cut my chicken around 2in?
