Banania is a decadent chocolate powder that is found most widely in France. It is made from cocoa, banana flour, cereals, honey, and sugar. As you can imagine, the richness of this powder is perfect for a delicious and melt-in-your-mouth sweet treat. And what better way to prepare it than to turn it into fudge, the chocolate lover's favorite indiscretion. Feel free to double the batch, because you will not be able to keep your hands off it.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 60 grams sugar
  • 60 grams flour
  • 6 tablespoons Banania Powder
  • 80 grams butter
  • 7 tablespoons milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix the eggs and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Add the sifted flour and Banania powder, mix well.
  4. Melt the butter with milk in a pan (do not let the mixture boil). When melted, add to Banania mix.
  5. Grease a brownie pan and pour in mixture
  6. Bake for 20 minutes. Do not overcook so fudge stays soft.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into strips to form the sticks.
