Banania Fudge Sticks


Banania is a decadent chocolate powder that is found most widely in France. t is made from cocoa, banana flour, cereals, honey and sugar. As you can imagine, the richness of this powder is perfect for a delicious and melt-in-your-mouth sweet treat. And what better way to prepare it than to turn it into fudge, the chocolate lover's favorite indescression. Feel free to double the batch, because you will not be able to keep your hands off it.


3 eggs
60 grams sugar
60 grams flour
6 tablespoons Banania Powder
80 grams butter
7 tablespoons milk


1Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
2Mix the eggs and sugar in a bowl.
3Add the sifted flour and Banania powder, mix well.
4Melt the butter with milk in a pan (do not let the mixture boil). When melted, add to Banania mix.
5Grease a brownie pan and pour in mixture
6Bake for 20 minutes. Do not overcook so fudge stays soft.
7Allow to cool before cutting into strips to form the sticks.
