Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1 bananas (ripe)
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoons amaranth
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- ice (Optional:, as much as you like)
Directions
- 1Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until everything is completely liquefied.
- 2Pour the liquid into a glass and top it off with powdered cinnamon.
